Tag Archives: blogs I like to read

Twittering away a morning.

You thought I forgot about you, didn’t you? Poor, neglected blog, with your (smallish) group of followers. I’m sorry. I didn’t mean it. You see, I’ve been very busy reading manuscripts and taking (very long) car trips to various parts of the northeast for various reasons. After 3+ hours of driving, I just can’t seem to blog, or write much of anything, for that matter. I haven’t even commented on some of the blog posts of those “Blogs I like to read.” But I was tweeting with @AuthoressAnon the other day. Authoress is the anonymous blogger on the site, Miss Snark’s First Victim, a website for aspiring authors. Writers and would-be writers, if you haven’t been to this site or don’t know who the inimitable Miss Snark is, well… puh-leez.

Ok. So the point of this blog post? No point. But I must say that the three way twitter fun I had the other day with @AuthoressAnon & @scifrey had us stuck in a virtual elevator dressing up in princess costumes. What fun! Do I really know these people? Well, no. Would I ever actually dress up in a princess costume with strangers? Maaaaaaybe. But when I need to remind myself I’m a writer, even when I’m not writing, I go read some of my “Blogs I like to read.” Check them out! They’re right over there on the left side of this page.

What blogs do you like to read?
