I’d like to wish my client, Damien Walter Grintalis, a hearty congratulations on the occasion of the publication of her debut novel, Ink (Samhain, 2012).
The griffin inked on Jason’s arm looks real enough to take flight. Until he wakes up one night and finds his arm temporarily ink free. Until he finds a brick wall where the tattoo shop should be. As his world spins out of control, Jason realizes a truth as sharp as the griffin’s talons: The tattoo is alive, it’s hungry, and if Jason tries to kill it, he’ll die himself. The tattoo artist will remove it, for a price. But he’s not interested in mere money or even in Jason’s soul. He wants something far, far worse…
For someone who doesn’t read horror novels (or anything even remotely scary), it’s ironic I’m Damien’s agent. But I can’t help it: I’m a sucker for fantastic writing. Damien drew me in with her craftsmanship, keeps me turning pages, and scares the shit out of me. Well, not her. Her stories. So go buy Ink! And happy book birthday, Damien!

Thank you all so very much!
Congratulations Damien! This sounds so creepy! I don’t read horror either, but good writing trumps all
Also congratulations Linda! If I’ve been paying attention, I think is your first client book to be officially published, which is an awesome achievement and I can’t wait for whatever’s next
Although I’d love to take credit for this, I’m afraid this deal was made before Damien was my client. BUT I am still so happy for her and proud of her achievement. And I can’t wait for whatever’s next, too, because THAT ONE WILL BE MINE! Mwah ha ha!
That evil little chuckle makes me wonder if I’m wearing off on you.
We can only hope!
Congratulations, Damien! This novel sounds creepy and extremely cool
Happy book birthday, Damien! Sounds totally creepy! I’m afraid to read horror books but you’ve got me intrigued as to what someone wants more than souls!
